Need a hand?

Ask the assistant, read the answers below, or write to a human. Somebody reads all three.

The merch assistant

Ask it anything about buying, pickup, sizes or refunds and it'll answer. It can't touch an order from here — open this page from the link in your order email and it can change a size or start a refund on your actual order.

Common questions

Paying

How do I pay?

On your own phone. Scan the QR at the table (or tap through from the show link) and a normal secure checkout opens — Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any card. Your card details never touch a device at the venue.

Can I pay cash?

Yes. The table always takes cash. Paying by phone just means the line moves faster and the band can take cards in every country it plays.

What will the charge look like on my statement?

THE BROS LANDRETH. If you see that weeks later and don't recognise it, this is it — merch bought directly from the band.

Why buy here instead of somewhere else?

Every dollar goes to the band. Card machines are locked to the country they were issued in, so a Canadian band touring abroad often can't take cards at all. Paying on your phone works everywhere, and no third-party seller takes a cut of the table.

Is my payment secure?

The checkout is Stripe — the same payment processor behind a large share of the internet. Nobody at the venue sees your card number, and neither does the band.

Getting your merch

Where do I pick up what I bought?

At the merch table, at the show. Everything sold through here is collected in person — this system doesn't mail anything.

I bought at the table. Now what?

Show the green PAID screen on your phone and the seller hands it straight over. There's no pickup step and nothing to come back for.

I ordered ahead. How do I collect?

Your confirmation email has a pickup QR — flash it at the merch table any time the table is open, before or after the set. Your order is bagged with your name on it. You can add the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet so it's on your lock screen.

Can somebody else pick it up for me?

Yes — anyone holding your pickup QR can collect. Text them the link from your confirmation email.

I can't make the show any more.

If there's another date on the same tour you can move your pickup to that night yourself, from your order page. If not, ask for a refund — see below.

I lost my confirmation email.

Put your email address into the Find my order page and every order we're holding for it is sent back to that address. We don't ask for your order code — that only ever lived in the email you've lost. Nothing is shown on screen, which is what keeps somebody else from guessing their way into your order. Find my order →

Sizes and changes

I ordered the wrong size.

Change it yourself, free, as long as the size you want is still in the trailer. Open your order from the link in your confirmation email and change it there — or ask the assistant once you've opened this page from that same link, and it'll do it for you. Same item, same price, so no money moves.

My size is sold out.

Tap the dashed circle and leave your email. It's a waiting list, not an order — nothing is charged and nothing is promised. If enough people want a size, the band may do another run after the tour, and everyone on the list hears first. If they don't, you'll hear that too rather than being left wondering.

You didn't have my size at the show.

That gets flagged the moment the order is bagged, not discovered later — the order is left unfilled rather than marked delivered, and a human refunds or re-ships you. If a few days have passed and you've heard nothing, get in touch.

Refunds and problems

Can I get a refund?

Ask, and a person reads it. Use the refund request on your order page or ask the assistant here — it files the request against your order and emails you a confirmation straight away. Nobody at the band is going to argue with you about a t-shirt, but a human answers it rather than a robot moving money.

How long does a refund take?

The band answers refund requests before show night. Once one is actually issued, the money takes about five to ten business days to appear, because that's how long your bank takes — it's out of everyone's hands at that point.

Something arrived damaged or wrong.

Get in touch with your order code and, if you can, a photo. That's a straightforward fix.

I was charged twice.

Send your order code — double charges are usually one real charge and one authorisation that drops off on its own within a few days, but the band will check the actual payment records either way.

Shipping and tracking

Can you mail my order to me?

Not through here. Everything bought on this page is collected in person at a show. The band's online store is the place for mail-order merch.

What's my tracking number?

Orders made here don't have one — nothing is shipped, so there's nothing to track. If you're asking about a parcel from the band's online store, that's a different system and the tracking comes in that store's own shipping email. Get in touch with your order number and a human will look it up in the right place.

Your details

What do you do with my email address?

It's used to send your order, your pickup link, and reminders about the show you're collecting at. Anything else — a mailing list — only happens if you ticked the box at checkout, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link.

Can you delete my details?

Yes. Ask, and it's done — the band keeps only what the books legally require.
